Here is the video. I like the teaching, and also I learn a few new concepts. I will review the content again, and I like to take some notes as well.
I use my blog to track what I read and what I think. It is an important tool for me to track and avoid any depression.
I like to be a serious business woman who can grow her career, and also contribute to Canada economy.
The functional depression is healthy. I should learn from the video that the depression is the signal for me to change, either life style change or habit to stop.
