Introduction
It is stress week or two, I noticed today after my 20 minutes running on running court. I need to work on my weight control, and my life style - early in the morning two hours market study, less hours to sleep. 7 days in a row, exercise every day.

I do put some stress checking, and I am looking for ideas to work on.
