The most dangerous thing is to prevent addiction. It is like heroin, I do believe that my July 31, 2020 over $30,000 dollars investment and gains over $3100 happened for reason, since August market return is over 10% for Nasdq 100 index.
I should relax and limit hours to watch market, time to read about stock market.
Best investor should stay calm, and set limit to think about stock market. If I cannot do it, then I should stop investing.
