It is the learning experience for me to be an interviewer on the platform. I have to hold on high standard in terms of passing or not passing the candidate since I had a conversation with the project manager from the platform recently. I asked the second algorithm hard level algorithm, and since the interviewee did not come out the idea to use two heaps - one minimum heap and one maximum heap, I decided not to advance her to next round.

I got some friendly remind to hold on the high standards as other interviewers on the platform. Less than 30% can pass the mock interview.
