所以今天我主要是讲技术管理，因为我现在管的是一群高智商的技术人员，也有很多是男生，技术行业里面确实女生比较少。我稍微讲一下作为一个技术管理者，我一般每天都在做什么，这是一个很大的命题。最后会稍微讲一下女性在做技术高管时，怎样才能够做得比较好，主要是讲这三点。
