Business plan: Ameritrade stock purchases

I just bought the following stocks

KSS, TRIp, CVI, ENBL, OUT, CVI, KSS, THC, SINGY, TRIP, ENBL, PEB, CIT, MRO, PK, SAVE, SPG, APA, OXY.

KSS 10 share
TRIP 10 share
CVI 10 share
ENBL 600 share
OUT 10 share
THC 10 share
SINGY 10 share
PED 10 share
CIT 10 share
MRO 30 share
PK 15 share
SAVE 10 share
SPG 2 share
APA 10 share
OXY 10 share

Business plan:

1.  Support small and medium cap go back to business, and let American have jobs back;
2.  Let stock go up first, and then jobs will be available; 
3.  Speculate the struggle one to get back on the index list first, so the institutional buyers will rush in; - ENBL stock
4.  Only use profit $2000 to investment, and then extra $2000 dollar to purchase; if the price goes down 50%, then I still have $1000 dollars profit; I can play the game forever;
5.  Go to Yahoo -> finance -> stock gainers -> find first twenty top gainers, and then purchase 10 share for each stock, less than $300 for each stock;
6.  Find an outlier, the stock went down 90% before, and then place heavy bet to help the business go back to index fund. ENBL - $1.5 - $14
7.  Ameritrade.com stock commission free 
8.  Spend time to read review, business, credit rating, and understand how USA works; there are so many business outside Fortune 500, give them support if I can.
