Stop big loss: It is hard for me to learn as a beginner

Introduction

I spent last weekend to learn the big mistake as a beginner. To avoid big loss, not allow too big size of position. I do not discipline my life whole half century. It is hard for me to learn the rule. I made mistake again, today my TFSA account has near $3000 dollars loss. 

I need to learn and stop the bad habit

I have money management problem. All my mistakes in last 30 years showed up in today result again. I was bullied before, so I did not learn how to avoid big loss. I paid $5000 US dollars vacation back in 2001, I paid near six relatives hotel and train tickets for 3 day vacation. I did not learn how to say NO. I did not learn how to manage my money, avoid scam from relatives, including my mom. 

All those bad habits do not get regulated and corrected in my last 10 year full time job. I am so worried about the consequence. 

I should learn the big mistake, and then avoid big mistake.
