How to cope with insomnia?

Introduction


It is important for me to slow down to allow myself recover from insomnia. Last night I could not fall asleep until 4:00 am. So I decided to take a sick day, I like to learn from this insomnia incident, and understand how to work with my physical concern in my 50s.

Case study


I like to put together 10 activities I did last night. I like to figure out how to prevent insomnia and how to cope with it.

I made the phone call around 8:00 AM, and continued to sleep until 11:00 am.
