It is my task to write something I learn from Google interview video. The topic is called how to evaluate the candidate.
Candidate evaluation
. Did the candidate understand the question, including the basic problem?
. Did they ask clarifying questions?
. What relevant information, stakeholders, and variables were considered?
. Did the candidate identify multiple solution options?
. Were they able to reasonably justify why their solution was the best options?
. Did the candidate listen to incorporate any feedback/ hints from probing questions?
