Be authentic, transparent, humble, knowledgeable, challenge some of your choices. You are not expectable most knowledgeable person, but we do expect you to seek out and work with the teams or individuals who are the best-suited partners to solve a problem or make a decision.
I like to write down those terms by alphabetic order:
open mind
go out ways to communicate
status quo
outside the box
project management skills
remain adaptable
open space for creativity
