We will:

e) As part of this project, we will first create a Design Mock-up for the home-page.

Terms & Conditions:

1. Pay only 50% advance deposit to book this offer; the balance can be paid when development is completed and before making the site live.
2. The original price was $8,000 USD. The special discounted price is $2,950 USD.
3. You need to buy the new theme, which would be an extra cost. 
4. You should buy and pay for any extension, plugin, hosting, and software.
5. Old plugins and themes may not be compatible with new versions. We may need to work on alternative extensions and themes.
6. We will need a Development environment to create the upgraded store. We will create it on your server or will use a wp-engine account. 
7. We will migrate the SEO setup of the home page only. For any other SEO tasks, we need to charge extra.
8. This offer is not valid for a very complex or customized store development. You can ask for a quote for that.
9. Advance deposits are non-refundable.
10. We will use your existing site content or content you provide. Content creation is not included and is charged separately.
