Introduction
I learn how hard I have to work staying in manufacture business last 9 years. But when I read the data from last three year transaction in a two-hour away city, the 560 square foot condo 40 years old price went up from $50,000 to $180,000. Those increment seems to be questionable.
Need to study the trend
It is time for me to look into data scientist's technique, and then compare the trend, and learn the lesson again. Buy low and sell high.
