Introduction
I have such great time from 2010 to 2018, last two months I started to study British Columbia province. It is the first time I start to learn things about British Columbia, there are over 10 cities with more than 10,000 population.
To be an investor
I have to figure out how to be an optimist investor. Today I studied cities Prince George, Vernon, Chilliwack. I like to study the market and see if there is a condo for me to purchase. I want to find a condo under $100,000 dollars, I have to go through BC assessment and find the community over 40 units, last 3 years transaction history, and then I have to come out the market price trend.
