Equity research: Do not be too greedy | sell IBM, WSI, SNGX for gains | Feb. 4 2021 | SWI 3% gains | IBM 1.6% gains

 Feb. 4, 2021

Introduction

It is my short research about Do not be too greedy. I have to take gains and make profit, what I did today is to sell those 3% SWI stock gains and IBM 1.6% gains, and then go to Costco, shopping my favorite food. I also sold 600 shares of T stock for $180 dollar gains, and purchased another 1000 share of NOK at lowest price 4.3.

My analysis

Being an investor, I have to learn to live one day at a time. Do not try to solve my poverty problem. I live my life over 54 years old. I already get used to live frugal, and lack of confidence. Just count blessings of my life, enjoy gains of market swing.

I took those profit since I had so many short squeeze stocks. I have to separate them first.

T stock purchase and sale report

I should include T stock sold gains as well.

I worried T stock should have gone higher, next day of purchase I did not sell $700 dollars gains, went down $200 dollars, and then went back to $700 before earning day. I should not be so greedy, and try to make profit and generate them as my monthly income to cover cost of living, rent, payment of rental home and Costco shopping. That is almost $1200 dollars.

If I am not greedy, then I should have easily make over $1000 dollars gains from Jan. 13 to Feb. 4, 2021 on T stock less than one month. Be honest. It is not hard to do. Just relax, do not be too greedy.

My goal is to relax, enjoy life as a single 55 year old. I could not afford to purchase a home in the city of Vancouver. Just enjoy the small gains every month before bear market hits. Set stop loss when T has 700 dollars gains, so stop loss on $650 dollars gains. It is easy for me to set stop loss and I do not worry about missing gains as well.
