CTRM stock: How to hold shares over two weeks?

Introduction

It is important for me to learn how to be a long term investor. I do believe that in summer 2021 CTRM stock should have price above $3.0/ share. How to prepare myself better to be an investor? 

My position

6000 shares 0.83/ share cost, the close price on Feb. 9, 2021 is $1.05/ share.

Now there are 9 vessels - estimated 2.1 million

Compare to SBLK, CTRM should be around capital value based on deadweight ton capacity 0.5 billion capital
CTRM total shares less than 600,000,000 shares, I have 6000 shares, 1/ 100,000

Overhead estimation: short sale 30%, sentimental 30%, and I do believe that it is a good deal to hold until $3/ share.
